As the name suggests, the entire world is a men’s restroom area. You need to enter a restroom, then exit through the opposite door to reach the next restroom. That’s right! You’re not mistaken, after one restroom comes another, one after another. The restrooms are numbered sequentially, starting with Toilet 0 at the time you begin the game.
The game is designed from a first-person perspective. You can move using the joystick in the bottom left corner of the screen. Conversely, if the toilet is normal, continue. If you make the wrong decision, such as continuing in an abnormal toilet, or returning to a normal toilet, the next toilet will be “Toilet 0”. This means that all your progress and effort in Toilet 8 will be reset to zero. This is a rather severe and highly challenging penalty.
